Sumo-March 2006-Senshuraku
Great to see To see Tochiazuma beat Asashoryu. It is sad to see Tochiazuma missed the opportunity to be promoted to Yokuzuna. Kaio beats Hakuho to save his rank as Ozaki. Sad to see Hakuho lost to Asashoryu on Championship replay. It is not the result I want. I wish for a better Basho in May 2006.

China Japan Tension- News On BBC
It seems Mao's View is still relevant in
2006.
Rising tensions
Relations between China and Japan are
at their lowest point in years, after Japan approved
new school textbooks which China says gloss over
Japan's often brutal wartime record.

LANDCORP EIGHTY ROAD
Glad to receive confirmation of receipt from LandCorp dated 08.03.2006. It is a beginning just like an unnoticed daily event. I am going to put this to a practice on pure mind/heart and let go type of approach. This is what I am learning for the last two years- to let go, reduce stress to minimum, delete unwanted encounter. Like the book on" Art of Doing Nothing". It is not exactly doing nothing- it is doing without much thinking. We often say" Let nature take its course" do we really mean that? No, we tend to be 'smarter' than nature, at least that is our strong belief. Our daily (or lively) activities are just repeating itself, reoccurance, reincarnated and sharped into a very strong habitual mannerism- which we claim 'reality'. Do you know within that 'reality', how much is your own ideas? I can say much of it are copycatted. That is the basic survival instinct of living things. To day, the whole market survives on how well we research into the exact copy, which is called Franchising. Everythings is franchising- just look around. Now most cars look the same. All internaional hotels have similar lobby, rooms, restaurants. So, looking back to my expression of interest- it will be me, franchising myself.
Harry Seidler
9th March 2006
Renowned architect Harry Seidler has died in his Sydney home, aged 82.
Mr Seidler died at his Killara home on Thursday morning, close friend and business associate John Hurst said.
His death followed a massive stroke last April, Mr Hurst said.
"He had a very severe stroke and he never recovered," Mr Hurst said.
A statement from his family is expected soon.
Born in Vienna in 1923, Mr Seidler came to Australia from the United States in 1948.
He is recognised as one of Australia's leading architects of the modern movement.
In Australia and overseas, he has designed many important residential and commercial buildings, introducing new ideas and construction techniques.
He is also credited with making a major contribution to the architecture of Sydney, including the Australia Square building in the CBD.
He was awarded the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) Gold Medal in 1976 and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Gold Medal in 1996.

Some facts about St Patrick:
According to legend Patrick drove all the snakes out of Ireland,
however snakes are the symbol of Paganism,
Patrick rid Ireland of Pagans.
The Book of Armagh included a note directing all monasteries
and churches in Ireland to honour the memory of the saint
by 'the celebration, during three days and
three nights in mid-spring.
Patrick was called to Rome in 432 whereupon
Pope Celestine bequeathed the honour of
Bishop upon him before he left on his holy mission to Ireland
The veneration in which the Irish have held St Patrick
is evidenced by the salutation, still common today,
'May God, Mary and Patrick bless you'.
Homage to Patrick as Ireland’s saint was apparent
in the eight century AD. At this time Patrick's status
of national apostle was made independently of Rome.
Patrick was claimed locally as a saint before
the practice of canonisation was introduced by the Vatican

I was reading Kenny Sia's blog, interesting and very intense, with his ability to be normal and plain. Obviously I find it a great source to know what is happening in Kuching. From what I read, I almost can detect Kenny's background. I came to Perth in January 2005 and by then he is leaving Perth. For a 23 years old young guy, he has great potential.Again, Fengshuiman can always read in between the lines. There are not many Sia in Kuching, lost his father, come from a very rich family- I immediately know who he is. Fengshuiman is one generation older, my son will be in University next year. Again I am always happy to see young and resourceful people. Thanks to Kenny's friends and university mates, I can receive a lot of news from that part of the world. Kenny still can find pleasure on the initial cultural shock. He is not worry about money, can visit a lot of places. It is great to have the opportunity. My advice is make good use of the advantages, don't waste too much time on superficial thingy.

Relax In Perth
Sze En in the car
Outside our house
Now is 2nd March 2006, time just flies while
you are relaxing. No double it is the kind of
life we choose to live, less mobile ringing,
less sms (sometime rather unnecessary)
what is so urgent? can't wait? you must
come this minute. One estate agent has
been calling me, making appointment
regarding Burswood Court Yard House,
I just say, " May be Sunday, depends
on the weather, if it is 36c, I have to
postpone again!" They will call again, if
it is selling like hot cake.
Wendy called today- fixing up some kind
of AMBC cocktail party-Sun Downer-
expecting Australian
High Commissioner to Malaysia-
Mr James Wise in he beautiful setting
of Government House Ballroom on
10 March,2006. I guess it will be fun.

Things on mind
Yesterday I was hesitating whether to submit or not to submit- an Expression of Interest to LandCorp. As usual, the EOI was submitted three hours before the dateline, which is quite cool by my standard. May be his time I have a preconceived idea on the outcome of this exercise, the idea of I have nothing to lose, only some brainstorm, some anticipation and I am very sure I will not be disappointed whatever the outcome. My last EOI submission in June 2005 has led to a sequence of events, which are recorded in Council's minutes. The momentum is still on, with great things to come.
It is not my habit to write down long story on how I feel daily, but I just get the hang of it now. I hope it is not too old to learn new tricks in life.
